Our doors are handcrafted to the highest standard. all doors are fully treated before they are delivered. Wood doors greatly enhance the overall appearance of any house and add to its value. our Hardwood doors are mortice and tenon jointed. door thickness is 45mm and all sheeted doors are sheeted inside and outside for strength and appearance. our external doors and frames are Iroko teak which is ideally suited for our Irish climate. Variations of grain & texture on a hardword door are to be expected, as each door is made up of component parts. slight surface scratches/indentations which can be removed during subsequent aftercare processes, are not considered as faults with hardwood products.

Customer aftercare responsibility

All Hardwood products require considerable care and attention after delivery/installation and throughout their working life. the longevity of a hardwood product will depend on the customer adhereing to the protecting, decoration and maintenance information provided by Loughnanes.

Loughnaes Joinery offer a comprehensive one year warranty on hardware, hinges, gaskets and other accessories. Hinges, and handles that are damaged during the course of construction are not covered by the warranty. given the fact that hardwood is a natural product, it is not possible for Loughnanes to extend this guarantee to hardwood itself.
